GAIN25 Digital: Karrierefaktor Netzwerk

At the GAIN25 Digital Workshop, HIDA will discuss the influence of networks on scientific careers in a dedicated panel.

In addition to HIDA, representatives of the German Centers for Health Research and the Network of University Medicine (NUM) will give short talks in which they will explain their personal career paths and present the advantages of interdisciplinary and cross-institutional research networks.

They will focus on the following questions:

• How can research networks accelerate the path to science?
• What skills should researchers in interdisciplinary and cross-institutional teams bring with them?
