The incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into our working lives is opening up new possibilities – not only in science, but also in administration and management. As part of the “AI in Administration and Management” project, HIDA imparts future-oriented knowledge that prepares employees for an increasingly digital future with AI-supported technologies.
Artificial intelligence (AI) and data-based approaches offer enormous opportunities to optimize work processes, tackle challenges in a targeted manner, and automate recurring tasks. AI-supported technologies can be used in almost all administrative and management tasks – from controlling and human resources to IT services, communication and transfer, as well as project planning, coordination or strategic processes in the scientific or administrative staff of the centers.
As part of the “AI in Administration and Management” project, HIDA is expanding its portfolio and targeting employees from the administration and management of the Helmholtz Association. The aim is to support employees from various areas and levels with tailored training and secondment opportunities on the path toward an increasingly AI-supported administration.
The courses will be held in German.
