The HIDA Mobility Program enables Helmholtz researchers to gain important experience, expand their expertise, and bring fresh ideas back to their centers – strengthening knowledge transfer and global collaboration.
Whether it’s methodological exchange, new perspectives, or collaborative projects – the program facilitates research stays at other Helmholtz Centers or international partner institutions for up to three months.
At the heart of the program are professional dialogue, collaboration on concrete challenges in the field of Information and Data Science, and the transfer of new impulses back to the home center. HIDA covers travel and accommodation costs, with funding of up to €2,000 per month.
An additional benefit: Researchers from international partner institutions also come to Germany for joint projects, enriching collaboration with fresh perspectives.
