How can AI support leadership without replacing it? In this 90-minute online workshop, participants explore how generative AI can serve as a practical sparring partner for leadership and decision-making situations.
The workshop focuses on using AI to prepare decisions, broaden perspectives, structure options for action, and reflect more critically on one’s own approach — especially in situations shaped by time pressure, uncertainty, or limited opportunity for collegial exchange.
Designed for managers within the Helmholtz Association who already have basic experience using AI tools.
The course language is German.
