In this course, we will discuss how to apply classical statistical methods (t-test, linear regression, ANOVA …) in R. Short explanations on how to implement statistical methods in R are combined with hands-on exercise sessions.
Please notice that no explicit theoretical explanations on the statistical methods will be discussed, we expect participants to be familiar with statistical theory on hypothesis tests and linear regression. In this course we focus on the how to code statistical models.
Prerequisites: Programming skills with R, e.g. course “Introduction to R” and basic theoretical statistical knowledge.
