Helmholtz Information & Data Science Schools

Regional Helmholtz Information & Data Science Schools (HIDSS) promote young scientists in all research areas. At these schools, highly talented graduates can do research at the interface between information technologies and other scientific areas, acquiring and deepening unique insights.

In January 2018, the Helmholtz Einstein International Berlin Research School in Data Science (HEIBRIDS) was funded as a pilot school.

Other Helmholtz Information & Data Science Schools (HIDSS) chosen in a highly competitive application and selection process have been implementing their attractive programs in close cooperation with top-level partner universities since September 2018.

Are you interested in current HIDSS activities and calls for applications? More information about the education & training program offered by individual HIDSS can be found on the individual HIDSS’ website.
